COVID Impact on Children, Families and Economic Resilience, Levers for Change Panel

Join WomenGive and The Women’s Foundation of Colorado for this educational event offering actionable steps to work toward a better sector for our children, families, workforce and economy. Walk away with a better understanding of the reality of childcare in Larimer County – from what is happening at the state level to the impact of early education and childcare in our community, at childcare facilities, schools and homes – and the role all of this plays in our community’s economic health and post-pandemic prosperity.

- Special Remarks by Lauren Y. Casteel, President & CEO of The Women’s Foundation of Colorado
- The State of Early Care and Education Sector presented by Christina Taylor, Executive Director of the Early Childhood Council of Larimer County
- Levers for Change Panel discussion moderated by Deirdre Sullivan, President and CEO of United Way of Larimer County. The panel will include industry experts and individuals with lived experience from across Larimer County including the business community, childcare providers, elected officials and non-profit leadership.
