The Loveland Summer Concert Series Returns to the Foote Lagoon

The Loveland Summer Concert Series, hosted by the Rialto Theater, kicks off at 7 p.m. on Thursday, July 9, at the Foote Lagoon Amphitheater, located at 500 E. 3rd St. The Rialto Theater is thrilled to offer the beloved series, which is an integral part of summer for residents and visitors to Northern Colorado.

The weekly concerts on July 9, July 16, July 23 and July 30 are free to the public and enjoyable for all ages. Amphitheater seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Thursday, July 9: Ain’t No Mountain High Enough Feat. DZIRE GOLD

Ain’t No Mountain High Enough (A Motown Stax Revue) only plays songs from the MOTOWN and STAX record labels, including artists such as The Supremes, Martha Reeves & the Vandellas, The Temptations, Marvin Gaye, Sam & Dave, Otis Redding, Carla Thomas and many more.

Thursday, July 16: Amanda V’s Material Girl

Amanda V’s Material Girl is a high-energy Madonna tribute act that mixes a bit of the Great Purple One, Prince, to bring the nonstop entertainment of a Vegas show. The show will feature a full band, powerful live vocals and fully costumed backup dancers strutting, shimmying and voguing around the Lagoon.

Thursday, July 23: The Spicy Pickles Feat. Hannah Rodriguez

The Spicy Pickles started out playing for swing dancers, then they moved on to funk, soul, pop…whatever grooves got people moving. The band is influenced by Count Basie, Fats Waller, James Brown, Sharon Jones & The Dap Kings, T-Bone Walker and others. Your feet will be inspired by their performance.

Thursday, July 30: HomeSlice Band

HomeSlice is a high-energy, nine-piece cover band with an impressive horn section and powerful vocals that turn concerts into dance parties.

Main stage performances will begin at 7 p.m. Guests are advised to arrive early to secure parking and seats at the venue. No parking is allowed in the Big Thompson Manor Parking Lot. Please instead park in the following lots:

  • South side of Foote Lagoon in the Civic Center parking lot
  • Foundry parking garage
  • Loveland Public Library parking lot
  • Chilson Center parking lot
  • 3rd Street parking lot between Jefferson and Lincoln
  • Street parking downtown

The Loveland Summer Concerts and affiliated events and programs are scheduled by the Rialto Theater and facilitated by the City of Loveland Cultural Services Department.
