Windsor Therapeutic Massage & Recovery is built on the belief that bodywork should play a meaningful role in long-term health. Founded by a licensed massage therapist, the practice focuses on results-driven care for clients dealing with chronic pain, injury recovery and high physical and mental stress. Every session is intentional and customized because no two bodies are the same.
What sets Windsor Therapeutic Massage & Recovery apart is its integrative approach. The team brings a diverse range of specialized experience, including deep tissue, sports and prenatal massage, Trauma Touch therapy, reflexology, energy-based work and acupuncture. A recovery space is also available, featuring an infrared sauna, red light therapy, halotherapy and compression therapy—tools designed to support circulation, reduce inflammation and enhance overall wellness between sessions.
