The Breakfast Club

In a fast-paced world that seems to be integrating AI into every industry, it’s comforting to know that there are still some old-fashioned places left. Human interaction and community are a big part of what makes eating out special. The cook, the server, the bartender, the host, the busser and the dishwasher all play an integral role in every guest’s experience.

At The Breakfast Club, you’ll be delighted to find delicious, classic diner favorites cooked and served up daily by caring humans with real, smiling faces. The team takes great pride in caring for their regulars, cooking from scratch, welcoming in first-timers and taking your order with a pen and paper.

With locations in Fort Collins, Loveland and Greeley, The Breakfast Club is operated by husband-and-wife team Dakota and Michelle Soifer, who employ about 80 community members across their three locations. As the owners of a small business, they are proud to serve high-quality, affordable food, and they care deeply for the communities who support them and the staff that makes it all possible.

Pictured above is a small sample of faces you might see while dining at their newest location in Greeley. Of the three restaurants, Greeley is the only one with patio seating, a counter bar with classic diner swivel chairs and a hand-painted mural. The Soifers and their team are excited to welcome you in.
