The Bread Chic specializes in San Francisco-style sourdough, croissants, pies, cakes and pastries made with high-quality ingredients, organic local flour and a whole lot of heart. What sets the business apart is Christie’s commitment to doing things the hard way because it tastes better.
With two bakery locations, wholesale partnerships, farmers markets and a new cafe and wine bar, Rise & Vine, Christie continues growing The Bread Chic while staying true to its neighborhood bakery soul. She is proud to lead a team that feeds and connects NOCO every day.
