The sixth annual Downtown Loveland Pumpkin Festival filled 5th Street with fall fun. The free event featured pumpkins from local farmers as well as food trucks, vendors, artists and live entertainment provided by DJ Howe. Guests enjoyed a costume contest hosted by Loveland’s Find Your Fright Haunted House, and the always-popular pumpkin pie eating contest kept families entertained. A pumpkin hoisting contest, pumpkin carnival and live pumpkin carving sculptures also added to the festivities. Attendees had the option to decorate pumpkins at a station with themed kits, including a special fireman kit from Loveland Fire Rescue Authority.
