Community members, donors, volunteers and families gathered to watch Neenan Archistruction break ground on Respite Care’s new facility. Respite Care currently serves 65 children at a time, and the new two-and-a-half-acre facility will accommodate more than 150 children when it opens in early 2026, reinforcing the community’s commitment to expanding access to specialized childcare. Attendees heard from Neenan Archistruction Senior Project Manager Breckon Bice, Respite Care Executive Director Kristi Briles and a Respite Care parent who shared their personal story about the organization’s impact.
