Desk chair workspace held their 2nd Annual Crab Boil featuring Little Latitudes Catering of Fort Collins. Chef Gator put together an appetizing combination of crab, shrimp, andouille sausage, corn and potatoes on chopping block paper—a recipe straight from New Orleans that offered a true Southern Cajun and Creole food experience. Each table received crab cracking and dipping utensils, a choice of nonalcoholic beverages and exceptional views of the Rocky Mountains from the desk chair rooftop. 40 guests attended, making it a sold-out event.
