The Windsor Area Chamber of Commerce celebrated local businesses and community members in the roaring ’20s fashion. Local members of the community announced this year’s winners in multiple categories, including the citizen of the year and Windsor chamber hero award, and NOCO Style announced the young professional of the year award, which went to Paige Fleener with Many Macarons Bakery. Michelle Vance, president of the chamber, presided over an evening of celebration among the guests that included a silent auction, casino games and lots of dancing.
