The She Leads Project, a New Northern Colorado Non-Profit, Announces Official Launch Event
100% of proceeds to benefit local NoCo charities dedicated to helping people in need
Save the date, Monday, June 21, 2021 as the Northern Colorado community will meet for an evening of hope at the official launch and mixer for the She Leads Project, a new Northern Colorado 501(c)(3)non-profit. The She Leads project is a collective initiative dedicated to helping others get back on their feet after overcoming difficult circumstances.
Founded by local business owner, first responder wife, and mother, Noelle Garcia, the She Leads Project is dedicated towards helping others in our community with powerful ways for anyone to be involved. Garcia started the passion project after overcoming her own addiction and knowing the support she received was critical to her recovery.
“I never want another person to feel the shame I felt when I was starting over. Together, we will reach out our hearts, stories and hands and say, “I’ve been there. I’m here for you. It’s going to get better,” says Garcia.
At the event launch, Garcia will reveal the details of the She Leads Project. Each quarter, the She Leads Project will host an event at New Belgium Brewery to highlight and support other non-profits in the Northern Colorado community dedicated towards helping others get back on their feet. The events will have a service component with an ‘assembly line’ style (group effort) to fill care packages to donate to the spotlight nonprofit. The events will also raise funds and awareness for the non-profits through ticket sales and social media donations – 100% of donations will go to the spotlight non-profit organization.
Each event will also highlight a different story – whether it be overcoming abuse, divorce, trauma, loss, addiction, or other life challenges. The She Leads Project aims to help others know they are not alone and to give them the courage to begin again.
Members of the media are exclusively invited for the transformational evening to share, inspire and lead together. Enjoy the event with friends at our in-person event launch with live music, dinner, drinks and a shared desire to help others in our community including an audience of 80 leaders, business owners and people of impact in our community.
