Foothills Gateway Foundation’s Glow Golf 2020 was held at half-capacity this year in order to help keep everyone safe and healthy. There were nine teams of four golfers in attendance, and guests were asked to wear masks and maintain social distance, but that didn’t keep anyone from having a great timeGuests enjoyed dinner on the patio before heading out to decorate their “Glow Carts.” The brightest and most creative carts were awarded prizes before the raffle drawing took place; local golf foursomes and a multitude of beer growlers were among the prizes awarded. Teams then played through six holes after sunset with light-activated LED golf balls and color-coded lights to guide their wayGlow Golf raises funds for the Foothills Gateway Foundation, which supports Foothills Gateway in its mission to advocate for and empower individuals with disabilities to lead lives of their choice.
