Safely-Distanced event offers entertainment and opportunities for community involvement

Sunday, August 9, 7-11 p.m. at Holiday Twin Drive-In:

  • A mixed and immersive program where video is taken from one event and added to at the next
  • An evening of movement, music, action and entertainment

Fort Collins CO – Fortified Collaborations presents the last exit in the Roundabout Progressive Art, Film & Music Series, this Sunday, August 9, from 7-11 PM at Holiday Twin Drive-In. Roundabout was created to bring family and friends together in person, at a safe distance to support local venues, performers, musicians and artists.

The evening begins with artistic aerial cirque performances by Spectra Circus, followed by engaging presentations by leaders from numerous non-profit organizations that aid in social justice, sustainability and the fight against homelessness in Northern Colorado.

At dusk, a video compilation of the highlights of the first two events of the series which occurred at The Mishawaka and Lyric events will be shown on the big screen, followed by music from the local blues-rock band, Musketeer Gripweed, while several local artists create paintings that will be for sale at the end of the event.

The evening will be topped off with the 2019 movie, Shaft, starring Samuel L. Jackson, and FREE popcorn. Tickets are $20 plus car fee. More information and tickets at: https://www.fortifiedcollaborations.com/roundabout OR https://holidaytwin.com/calendar/.

Roundabout is made possible thanks to the generosity of local business sponsors: Elevations Credit Union, The Group Real Estate, Fort Collins Nursery, New Belgium Brewing and Organic Alternatives.
