Loveland’s desk chair began as a coworking space focused primarily on mid-size companies, remote workers and entrepreneurs to have a reliable, creative environment to flourish. desk chair members have grown tremendously, reaching close to capacity, with all single suites occupied.

“The first year at desk chair workspace has been incredibly rewarding. We’ve come a long way from the hundreds of “dusty boot” tours I gave before we opened the doors. desk chair is now a vibrant community of professionals from a wide variety of disciplines, many of which are collaborating with each other. Being a long-time Loveland resident, it is so cool to see what desk chair has brought to our town. desk chair is a professional and social hub – not only for Loveland, but all of Northern Colorado,” Says Jim Doherty, Sales Director at desk chair workspace.

The historical national bank building now holds an exclusive premiere event space, The Cleveland Room, which is set for their grand opening October 25th. Five Tables Café has also played a large part in the event programs as an in-house catering partner. “We continue to grow and it is so exciting to see our community evolve. The relationships and business opportunities our members have access to here in unapparelled. We really feel like we are ahead of the times with our concept here at desk chair,” says Betty Maisenbach, Marketing Director. The events program at desk chair also has large plans to expand. “I am excited about the growth that I have seen in just this last year. We have already seen such movement within our events program and I see big things for our new event space and our beautiful rooftop with views of the Rocky Mountains. I anticipate some very fun, educational and business focused events for 2020,” says desk chair Event Director, Jessie Rule. To celebrate, desk chair will be hosting an open house for the community, which will include small bites and cocktails from Five Tables, as well as tours of the space.
