The Human Bean of NOCO Supports Community

SaturdayAugust 10 is Guest Barista Day to Support Big Bones Canine Rescue Service

Thursday, August 15 is Thankful Thursday Honoring Higher Education Faculty

The Human Bean of Northern Colorado has proudly been involved in supporting community events, fundraising for local nonprofits, and honoring the hard workers who reside in this area of the state for many years. During the month of August, there will be two different events where the various Human Bean locations will be giving back.

August 10 is Guest Barista Day at the Windsor stand, located at 405 E. Main Street. From 9-11 a.m., visit The Human Bean for a meet-and-greet adoption event with Big Bones Canine Rescue. Adoptable dogs, treats and information about Big Bones will be available. Additionally, 10% of the day’s sales from the Windsor location will go back to Big Bones. More information about the approval process can be found on their website at bigbonescaninerescue.com/.

August 15 is Thankful Thursday for all ten locations. This monthly event honors those who work hard to make our community what it is. For August, The Human Bean is recognizing all higher education teachers and faculty. All higher education faculty can enjoy a $2 drink, up to a 20 oz, when they show a name badge, ID or uniform. Valid for college, university, trade school and community college faculty.
