CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) of Larimer County hosted their 16th annual event with nearly 300 community members and business partners in attendance. Held during April–Child Abuse Prevention Month—the breakfast raised awareness and shed light on the programs and impact of CASA in the community. Awards were given to the 2018 Volunteer, Philanthropist, and Business Partner of the Year, and keynote speaker, Courtney Walter, shared her personal account of child abuse and how important her CASA volunteer was in her life.
